Vegetable oils are extracted from seeds of corn, sunflower, grapeseed (canola oil) etc. The problem is that they have too many chemicals. The oil can’t be extracted by pressing or separating but must be chemically removed.

Also, vegetable oils tends to be one of the most processed foods, making it harmful when consumed.

Why is vegetable oil bad for the body?

The body is about 97% saturated and monounsaturated fat, with only 3% polyunsaturated fats.

It’s not great to add more polyunsaturated fats to your body, but vegetable oils contain very high levels of those fats. They’re bad for cell development because they are highly unstable and oxidize easily in the body which can cause inflammation and mutation in the cells.
