I LOVE to travel! In fact, traveling was a HUGE part of why I created Undiscovered Kitchen and an important part of my journey to realizing my passions (if you haven’t yet, you can read my full story here!) Today I’m excited to share one of Undiscovered Kitchen’s newest makers, The Craic & Blonde, a company that too was inspired by the magic of travel.
After moving to the rolling green hills of Ireland to study, Blonde Beauchamp, the founder of The Craic & Blonde now based in Boston, was surrounded by laughter and fun, or as the Irish call it, “the craic” [pronounced crack]. She soon started sharing her favorite Haitian dishes with new friends and they LOVED it! It was in Ireland that she got her courage to take the entrepreneurial plunge to use her recipes to celebrate her Haitian culture with everyone!
