Helen grew up in South Wales making Welsh Cakes by hand with her mother and grandmother. She founded The Copper Kettle Bakery in 2013, but her story starts long before that!
As a little girl, Helen would indulge in sweet breads and teas at a local cafe and it was there she first told her mum she would one day open The Copper Kettle Bakery, inspired by the copper kettles the cafe served! Her life long dream finally came true and now YOU can reap the tasty rewards too!
