Directions:

  1. Heat up the two slices of bread in a toaster, or on a pan, until desired taste is achieved.
  2. While the bread is cooking, mash up the avocado in a bowl. Make sure the avocado is soft, and not hard (this means it’s not ready to be eaten).
  3. Fry the eggs with olive oil on a pan, add the salt and pepper on top.
  4. Assemble the toast by spreading the mashed avocado first and then add the cooked fried egg on top, and sprinkle on the crushed red pepper.

  • 2 Slices from Bread of Choice
  • 4 Tbsp of Nikki’s Coconut Butter (Flavors: Macadamia Nut Cookie, Cookie Batter, Honey Pecan Pie, Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie)
  • 1/2 a large banana
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Heat up the two slices of bread in a toaster, or on a pan, until desired taste is achieved.
  2. While bread is cooking, cut up the banana starting from one end to give circular cuts.
  3. When the bread is cooked, evenly spread the coconut butter on each slice.
